  ميثاق جزائر الشعب 📜

 

الديباجة

 نحن وطنيات والوطنيو إئتلاف جزائر الشعب، نحن المستلهمون من حراك 22 فبراير 2019، نعلن عزمنا الثابت على إعادة واستكمال بناء الدولة الجزائرية العصرية الحرّة، السيّدة والديمقراطية الشعبية.
يشكل ميثاق جزائر الشعب التزاماً أخلاقياً وجماعياً، مؤسساً على قيم العدالة والمساواة  في الحقوق والواجبات ويحفظ الحرية والكرامة و يحدد كذالك مسؤوليات كل عضو. 

أولاً – القيم والمبادئ الأساسية

  1. الدفاع عن قيم الحرية، الكرامة، العدالة والمساواة.
  2. النضال السلمي ضد تجاوزات السلطة، التعسف، الفساد ونهب و تبذير ثروات الوطن.
  3. ترسيخ ثقافة الذاكرة – « ضد النسيان » – من أجل إنصاف ضحايا التاريخ وتذكير السلطات بانتهاكاتها لحقوق الإنسان.
  4. احترام التنوع الثقافي واللغوي الأصيل للمجتمع الجزائري والسياسي والفكري للشعب الجزائري.
  5. أن جزائر الشعب منفتحة على كل التيارات الفاعلة في الساحة الوطنية الجزائرية المخلصة، باستثناء التيارات الاستئصالية التي تلطخت أيديها بالدماء ضحايا المأساة الوطنية الأبرياء وكذالك أشباه الديمقراطيين الذين تاجروا بمعاناة الشعب الجزائري.

ثانياً – الالتزامات السياسية والمواطنة

  1. العمل من أجل تغيير جذري، سلمي ولا عنفي، في قطيعة تامة مع النظام العسكري غير الشرعي.
  2. تكريس السيادة الشعبية: لا شرعية إلا في إطارانتخابات حرّة، شفافة ونزيهة.
  3. الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية وفقاً لثقافتنا وأصولنا وكذالك المعايير الدولية، دون المساس بوحدة البلاد وشعبها وسلامة ترابها.
  4. رفض أي تدخل أجنبي وأي تواطؤ مع النظام الاستبدادي ضد مصالح الشعب الجزائري ووحدة التراب والشعب.

ثالثاً – التنظيم وآليات العمل الجماعي

  1. ترسيخ الديمقراطية الداخلية عبر التشاور الجماعي واحترام قاعدة الأغلبية مع ضمان حقوق الأقلية.
  2. رفض أي محاولة للاستحواذ على المشروع الوطني التحرري للإتلاف من طرف فرد أو مجموعة، وضمان شفافية القرارات في كل المراحل الثورية.
  3. الحفاظ على وحدة الصف من خلال إجرءات تنظيمية للتصدي لكل انتهاك للميثاق: كالدعاية المغرضة، بث الفرقة، الإقصاء أو التخوين.
  4. تنظيم الثورة الشعبية على أساس مراحل انتقالية ديمقراطية، مبنية على التوافق ومشاركة كل مكوّنات المجتمع بكل أطيافه.

رابعاً – الأخلاق والمسؤولية

  1. رفض أي تحالف مع المجرمين المشاركين في القمع، التعذيب، التعدي ،النهب الفساد أو دعم الديكتاتورية و الإستبداد.
  2. عدم قبول أي متورط سابق من النظام في ملفات فساد أو قتل أو إجرام إلا إذا قدّم اعتذاراً علنياً للشعب وتعهد بقطع الصلة بممارساته السابقة.
  3. تعبئة قوى الجزائر الحية، في الداخل والخارج، بتفانٍ من أجل تحرير الوطن من الطغيان والإستبداد.

خامساً – الالتزام الجماعي

  1. هذا الميثاق عهد مواطني وأخلاقي.
  2. يشكّل آلية لحل الخلافات، ضامناً وحدة النضال والوفاء لتطلعات الشعب.
  3. يلتزم كل ملتحق بإئتلاف جزائر الشعب احترام هذه المبادئ، والعمل من أجل دولة مدنية ديمقراطية، لاستعادة دولة جزائرية سيّدة، ديمقراطية واجتماعية شعبية  في إطار المبادئ الإسلامية واحترام جميع الحريات الأساسية.
  4. نحن ندرج التزامنا هذا في استمرارية المراجع التاريخية الكبرى للشعب الجزائري:
  • قيم نداء أول نوفمبر 1954 الذي أكد النضال ضد الاستعمار من أجل الاستقلال، الحرية، الكرامة و السيادة؛
  • ومبادئ عقد روما 1995 الذي كرس التعددية والتسامح والحوار السياسي من أجل انتقال ديمقراطي.
  • شعارات حراك الشعب في 22 فبراير 2019، التي جسدت وحدة الجزائرين حيث للمرة الثانية في تريخه الثوري، طالب بالإستقلال الكامل الغير منقوص

سادساً – مبادئ من أجل وحدة ديناميكية

  1. الحفاظ على مكاسب إيفيان: وحدة التراب ووحدة الشعب – هذه المكاسب، التي صُنعت بالمعاناة والتضحيات، هي مقدّسة. ورغم إضعاف الشعور الوطني وزرع اليأس والا حياة من طرف سلطة غير شرعية منذ 1962، تبقى مهمّتنا في تثبيتها، إحياؤها، التذكير بها وجعلها تترسح تنمو وتزدهر.
  2. الراديكالية الثورية: إن النظام يجدّد نفسه بعد كل أزمة ويشتدّ قمعه. القضية ليست تغيير رئيس أو حكومة، بل تغيير النظام برمّته. السيادة الحقيقية يجب أن تنتقل من جهازالجيش المنغلق على نفسه إلى قادة الشعب المنتخبين ديمقراطيا عبر قطيعة ثورية سلمية سلسة.
  3. غياب الإيديولوجيا في المرحلة الثورية: يجب أن يبقى الحراك موحَّداً وبلا لون إيديولوجي. فالإيديولوجيا بطبيعتها تفرّق وتخون روحه الجامعة.
  4. وحدة العلم – لا يمكن لأي ثورة أن تنجح ويستمر زخمها إلا تحت علم واحد، وهو علم الجزائر المستقلة الجامع لكل الجزائريات و الجزائريين، الذي يجسّد البربرية، الإسلام والجزائرية.
  5. لا للنداءات المجهولة: النداءات المجهولة و بدون مصدر واضح تخدم النظام المستبد الذي يحسن العمل في الظلام الدامس والسباحة في المياه العكرة. النداءات الشرعية وحدها هي التي تكون صادرة عن جهة معلومة مسؤولة ومصحوبة بمشروع ثوري شعبي واضح الأهداف.
  6. المشروع الثوري يسبق الشارع: المظاهرات وحدها لا تكفي. التنظيم والمشروع المشترك ضروريان لتحويل الغضب الشعبي إلى تغيير حقيقي على أرض الواقع.
  7. السلمية كإستراتيجية ثورية: إن اللاعنف سلاح سياسي وأخلاقي متجذّر في تاريخنا، وهو الطريق الأجدر لثورة كريمة شريفة وعادلة.
  8. الفاعل الثوري – الفرد المواطن : إن الأحزاب، الجمعيات والنقابات وحتى المؤسسات لا تستطيع أن تؤدي دورها كاملا بدون الفاعل المركزي للتغيير ألا وهو الفرد المواطن الجزائري الواعي بواجباته ومسؤوليته الكاملة.
  9. الإنسان الجزائري الجديد– الحراكي أو الحراكية – : يمثل النخبة الصاعدة الذي يحمل هموم شعبه ويجسد لمواطنة جديدة وكاملة، إنه الأمل لمستقبل الأجيال الصاعدة وسيكون الباني الأساسي المتين لجزائر بديلة التي يعاد تأسيسها على أساس السيادة الشعبية.
  10. السيادة الشعبية كركيزة لإعادة التأسيس: إعادة التأسيس تعني استكمال مسار التحرير الذي بدأ في نوفمبر 1954. يجب أن تنتقل السيادة من قادة الجنرالات الجيش إلى ممثلي الشعب، باعتباره الضامن الوحيد لحاضر ومستقبل الوطن.
  11. لا للتدخل الأجنبي: المراحل الثورية والإنتقالية الديمقراطية وإعادة التأسيس والبناء شأن وطني خالص.
  12. الوحدة المغاربية / شمال إفريقيا: ينبثق هذا المشروع من فكر الحركة الوطنية منذ العشرينيات القرن الماضي بحيث يكون التضامن والاندماج الإقليميان هما الأفق الإستراتيجي من أجل الإستقرار الدائم والإكتفاء الذاتي والتنموي الدفاعي، الأمني، الغذائي، الصحي، الطاقوي و التكويني وكذالك الإستعداد لمواجهة التحديات العالمية والإقليمية المظطربة والمتقلبة في عهد التكتلات والتحالفات المختلفة والمتغيرة بإستمرار .

لأجل ذالك نحن ننادي :

  1. يا جيل 22 فيفري: إن مهمة إعادة التأسيس هي مهمتكم. انهضوا، تنظموا، انظموا صفوفكم، وحدوا جهودكم وناضلوا بكرامة وشرف وسلمية.
  2. لا تقبلوا بعد اليوم أن تغتصب أقلية مارقة مستقبل بناتكم وأبنائكم.
  3. أنتم من سيخطّ قدراً جديداً – من الثوار والمقاومين السلميين إلى المؤسسين والبنّائين.

يعد وثيقة تأسيسية تعبر عن الطامح إلى دولة جزائرية ديمقراطية شعبية،و تبني لسيادة شعبية حقيقية، وفجر وطني جديد يعيد للوطن مجده وسيادته وللمواطن كرامته وعزته. 

📜 Charte – Algérie du Peuple 

 

Préambule

Nous, les patriotes et membres de la coalition de l’Algérie du Peuple, inspirés par le Hirak du 22 février 2019, déclarons notre volonté ferme de reconstruire l’État algérien moderne, libre, souverain et fondé sur la démocratie populaire.
La Charte de l’Algérie du Peuple constitue un engagement éthique et collectif, fondé sur les valeurs de justice, d’égalité en droits et en devoirs, garantissant la liberté et la dignité, et définissant également les responsabilités de chaque membre.

I – Valeurs et principes fondamentaux

  1. Défense de la liberté, de la dignité, de la justice et de l’égalité;
  2. Lutte non-violente contre les abus de pouvoir, l’arbitraire, la corruption, le gaspillage et le pillage des richesses;
  3. Culture de la mémoire (contre l’oubli) pour rendre justice aux victimes et rappeler aux autorités leurs obligations en matière de droits humains.
  4. Respect de la diversité culturelle, linguistique, politique et intellectuelle du peuple algérien;
  5. L’Algérie du Peuple est ouverte à toutes les forces sincères et actives de la scène nationale algérienne, à l’exception des courants éradicateurs dont les mains ont été tachées du sang des victimes innocentes de la tragédie nationale, ainsi que des « pseudo-démocrates » qui ont exploité la souffrance du peuple algérien;

II Engagements politiques et citoyenneté

  1. Œuvrer à un changement radical, pacifique et non-violent, en rupture avec le système militaire illégitime;
  2. Consacrer la souveraineté populaire : aucune légitimité sans élections libres, transparentes et sincères;
  3. Défendre les droits humains et les libertés fondamentales, conformément à notre culture et aux normes internationales, tout en préservant l’unité nationale et l’intégrité du territoire:
  4. Refuser toute ingérence étrangère et toute connivence avec la tyrannie contre l’intérêt du peuple;

III – Organisation et travail collectif

  1. Démocratie interne par la concertation, la règle de la majorité et la garantie des droits des minorités;
  2. Empêcher l’accaparement du projet national libérateur par un individu ou un groupe, et assurer la transparence des décisions à toutes les étapes;
  3. Préserver l’unité du rang par des mécanismes face à la propagande, la division, l’exclusion et l’anathème:
  4. Organiser le processus populaire en étapes transitoires démocratiques, fondées sur le consensus et la participation de toutes les composantes de la société;

IV – Éthique et responsabilité

  1. Refus de toute alliance avec les auteurs de répression, torture, prédation ou soutien à la dictature;
  2. Non à la réintégration d’acteurs de l’ancien régime qu’après excuses publiques et engagement de rupture avec les pratiques passées;
  3. Mobilisation des forces vives, en Algérie et à l’étranger, pour libérer le pays de la tyrannie;

V – Engagement collectif

  1. La charte est un pacte citoyen et moral;
  2. Un cadre de règlement des différends garantissant l’unité du combat;
  3. Tout adhérent s’engage à respecter ces principes et à œuvrer pour un État civil, démocratique et social, restituant la souveraineté au peuple et protégeant les libertés fondamentales dans le cadre de nos références nationales;
  4. Notre engagement s’inscrit dans la continuité des grandes références historiques :
    • L’Appel du 1er Novembre 1954 (indépendance, liberté, dignité, souveraineté) ;
    • La Plateforme de Rome 1995 (pluralisme, tolérance, dialogue pour une transition démocratique) ;
    • Les slogans du 22 février 2019, incarnation de l’unité des Algériens et de l’exigence d’une indépendance pleine et entière;

VI – Principes pour une unité dynamique

  1. Préserver et enraciner les acquis d’Évian (unité du territoire et du peuple);
  2. Radicalité révolutionnaire : changer le système dans son ensemble, transférer la souveraineté à des institutions civiles élues par une rupture pacifique;
  3. Neutralité idéologique de la phase révolutionnaire pour préserver l’unité du mouvement;
  4. Un seul drapeau national, symbole commun rassemblant toutes les Algériennes et tous les Algériens;
  5. Les appels anonymes et sans source identifiable servent le régime autoritaire, qui excelle à agir dans l’obscurité totale et à naviguer dans les eaux troubles. Seuls les appels légitimes, émanant d’une partie connue et responsable, et accompagnés d’un projet révolutionnaire populaire aux objectifs clairs, peuvent être considérés comme valides;
  6. Le projet politique précède la rue : les seules manifestations ne suffisent pas ; l’organisation et le projet commun transforment la colère en changement réel;
  7. La non-violence est une stratégie politique et éthique;
  8. L’acteur central du changement est le citoyen ; partis, associations et syndicats l’appuient;
  9. L’« homme nouveau » (le ou la hirakiste) incarne une citoyenneté pleine et bâtit l’Algérie alternative sur la souveraineté populaire;
  10. La souveraineté populaire est le pilier de la refondation, prolongement du processus de libération entamé en Novembre 1954;
  11. Non à l’ingérence étrangère : la transition démocratique et la refondation sont une affaire nationale;
  12. L’unité maghrébine / nord-africaine est un horizon stratégique d’intégration, de stabilité et de développement;
  • Appel
  1. Génération du 22 février : le devoir de refonder vous incombe. Levez-vous, organisez-vous, unissez vos efforts et luttez avec dignité et non-violence;
  2. Ne laissez plus une minorité confisquer l’avenir de vos enfants;
  3. À vous d’écrire un destin nouveau pour l’Algérie de demain.

Clôture
Cette charte, rédigée par des Algériennes et Algériens de la coalition « Algérie du Peuple », est un texte fondateur pour une République démocratique populaire souveraine, rendant au pays sa dignité et au citoyen sa liberté.

📜  “People’s Algeria” Charter

 

Preamble
We, the patriots and members of the People’s Algeria coalition, inspired by the Hirak movement of February 22, 2019, declare our firm commitment to rebuilding a modern, free, sovereign Algerian state founded on popular democracy.
The Charter of the People’s Algeria constitutes an ethical and collective commitment, based on the values of justice and equality in rights and responsibilities, guaranteeing freedom and dignity, and defining the responsibilities of each member.

I – Core values and principles

  1. Defend freedom, dignity, justice and equality.
  2. Pursue non-violent struggle against abuses of power, arbitrariness, corruption and plundering of national resources.
  3. Cultivate historical memory (against oblivion) to do justice to victims and remind authorities of human-rights obligations.
  4. Respect Algeria’s cultural, linguistic, political and intellectual diversity.
  5. The Algeria of the People is open to all sincere and active currents within the Algerian national arena, except for the eradication-oriented factions whose hands were stained with the blood of the innocent victims of the national tragedy, as well as the pseudo-democrats who traded in the suffering of the Algerian people.

II – Political and civic commitments

  1. Work for a radical, peaceful, non-violent change, breaking with the illegitimate military system:
  2. Enshrine popular sovereignty: no legitimacy without free, transparent and fair elections;
  3. Defend human rights and fundamental freedoms, consistent with our culture and international standards, while safeguarding national unity and territorial integrity;
  4. Reject any foreign interference and any collusion with tyranny against the people’s interests.

III – Organization and collective action

  1. Internal democracy through consultation, majority rule and protection of minorities’ rights;
  2. Prevent any individual or group from capturing the national liberation project; ensure decision-making transparency at all stages;
  3. Preserve unity through organizational measures against propaganda, division, exclusion and denigration;
  4. Structure the popular process into democratic transitional phases based on consensus and inclusive participation;

IV – Ethics and responsibility

  1. No alliance with perpetrators of repression, torture, looting or supporters of dictatorship;
  2. No former regime actor is accepted unless they publicly apologize and pledge to break with past practices;
  3. Mobilize Algeria’s living forces at home and abroad to free the country from tyranny;

V – Collective commitment

  1. The Charter is a civic and moral pact;
  2. It provides a framework for resolving disputes, ensuring the unity of the struggle;
  3. Every member commits to respecting these principles and to working toward a civil, democratic, and social State that restores sovereignty to the people and protects fundamental freedoms within the framework of our national references;
  4. Our commitment follows in the continuity of major historical landmarks:
  • The Appeal of November 1st, 1954 (independence, freedom, dignity, sovereignty);
  • The Rome Platform of 1995 (pluralism, tolerance, dialogue for a democratic transition);
  • The slogans of February 22nd, 2019, embodying the unity of Algerians and the demand for full and complete independence.

VI – Principles for a dynamic unity

  1. Preserve and deepen the Evian Accords’ achievements (unity of territory and people);
  2. Republican radicalism: not a change of faces, but of the whole system—sovereignty transferred to elected civil institutions through a peaceful rupture;
  3. Ideological neutrality during the revolutionary phase to safeguard unity;
  4. One national flag as a unifying symbol for all Algerians;
  5. No to anonymous calls: Anonymous calls with no identifiable source only benefit the authoritarian regime, which thrives in total darkness and in murky waters. Only legitimate calls—issued by a known and accountable entity and accompanied by a popular revolutionary project with clear objectives—can be regarded as valid;
  6. The political project comes before the street: demonstrations alone are insufficient; organization and a shared program turn anger into real change;
  7. Non-violence is a rooted ethical and political strategy;
  8. The central agent of change is the individual citizen; parties, associations and unions provide support;
  9. The “New Human”—the man and the woman of the Hirak—embodies full, conscious citizenship and lays the foundations of an alternative Algeria built on popular sovereignty.;
  10. Popular sovereignty is the cornerstone of refoundation, completing the liberation process launched in November 1954;
  11. No foreign interference: revolutionary and transitional stages are strictly national matters;
  12. Maghreb / North-African unity is a strategic horizon for integration, stability, development and self-reliance.

Appeal

  1. Generation of February 22: the duty to rebuild falls upon you. Rise, organize yourselves, unite your efforts, and fight with dignity and non-violence;
  2. Do not allow a minority to confiscate the future of your children any longer;
  3. It is up to you to write a new destiny for the Algeria of tomorrow.

Closing
Drafted by Algerian women and men of the “People’s Algeria” coalition, this Charter is a founding text for a sovereign popular-democratic Republic, restoring the nation’s dignity and the citizen’s freedom.

 

📜 Carta – Argelia del Pueblo

 

 

Preámbulo

Nosotros, patriotas y miembros de la coalición Argelia del Pueblo, inspirados por el Hirak del 22 de febrero de 2019, declaramos nuestra firme voluntad de reconstruir un Estado argelino moderno, libre, soberano y basado en la democracia popular.
La Carta de Argelia del Pueblo constituye un compromiso ético y colectivo, fundado en los valores de justicia, igualdad en derechos y deberes, garantizando la libertad y la dignidad, y definiendo también las responsabilidades de cada miembro.

I – Valores y principios fundamentales

  1. Defensa de la libertad, la dignidad, la justicia y la igualdad;

  2. Lucha no violenta contra los abusos de poder, el autoritarismo, la corrupción, el despilfarro y el saqueo de las riquezas nacionales;

  3. Cultura de la memoria (contra el olvido) para hacer justicia a las víctimas y recordar a las autoridades sus obligaciones en materia de derechos humanos;

  4. Respeto de la diversidad cultural, lingüística, política e intelectual del pueblo argelino;

  5. Argelia del Pueblo está abierta a todas las fuerzas sinceras y activas de la escena nacional argelina, excepto a las corrientes erradicadoras cuyas manos se mancharon con la sangre de las víctimas inocentes de la tragedia nacional, así como a los “pseudo-demócratas” que explotaron el sufrimiento del pueblo argelino.

II – Compromisos políticos y ciudadanía

  1. Trabajar por un cambio radical, pacífico y no violento, en ruptura total con el sistema militar ilegítimo;

  2. Consagrar la soberanía popular: no hay legitimidad fuera de elecciones libres, transparentes y sinceras;

  3. Defender los derechos humanos y las libertades fundamentales conforme a nuestra cultura y a las normas internacionales, preservando la unidad nacional y la integridad territorial;

  4. Rechazar toda injerencia extranjera y toda connivencia con la tiranía en contra del interés del pueblo.

III – Organización y trabajo colectivo

  1. Democracia interna mediante la concertación, la regla de la mayoría y la garantía de los derechos de las minorías;

  2. Impedir la apropiación del proyecto nacional liberador por parte de un individuo o un grupo, y asegurar la transparencia de las decisiones en todas las etapas;

  3. Preservar la unidad de las filas mediante mecanismos que enfrenten la propaganda, la división, la exclusión y el descrédito;

  4. Organizar el proceso popular sobre la base de etapas transitorias democráticas, fundadas en el consenso y la participación de todos los componentes de la sociedad.

IV – Ética y responsabilidad

  1. Rechazo de toda alianza con los responsables de represión, tortura, saqueo, corrupción o apoyo a la dictadura;

  2. No reincorporar a actores del antiguo régimen salvo tras disculpas públicas y un compromiso claro de ruptura con las prácticas del pasado;

  3. Movilización de las fuerzas vivas, dentro y fuera del país, para liberar Argelia de la tiranía.

V – Compromiso colectivo

  1. La Carta es un pacto ciudadano y moral;

  2. Un marco para la resolución de conflictos que garantiza la unidad de la lucha;

  3. Todo adherente se compromete a respetar estos principios y a trabajar por un Estado civil, democrático y social, que devuelva la soberanía al pueblo y proteja las libertades fundamentales de acuerdo con nuestras referencias nacionales;

  4. Nuestro compromiso se inscribe en la continuidad de las grandes referencias históricas del pueblo argelino:

    • El Llamamiento del 1º de Noviembre de 1954 (independencia, libertad, dignidad, soberanía);

    • La Plataforma de Roma de 1995 (pluralismo, tolerancia, diálogo para una transición democrática);

    • Los lemas del 22 de febrero de 2019, encarnación de la unidad de los argelinos y de la exigencia de una independencia plena y completa.

VI – Principios para una unidad dinámica

  1. Preservar y arraigar los logros de Evian (unidad del territorio y del pueblo);

  2. Radicalidad revolucionaria: cambiar el sistema en su totalidad y transferir la soberanía a instituciones civiles elegidas a través de una ruptura pacífica;

  3. Neutralidad ideológica durante la fase revolucionaria para preservar la unidad del movimiento;

  4. Un solo pabellón nacional, símbolo común que reúne a todas las argelinas y todos los argelinos;

  5. Los llamamientos anónimos y sin fuente identificable sirven al régimen autoritario, que sabe actuar en la oscuridad y en aguas turbias. Solo los llamamientos legítimos, provenientes de una parte conocida y responsable, acompañados de un proyecto revolucionario popular de objetivos claros, pueden considerarse válidos;

  6. El proyecto político precede a la calle: las manifestaciones por sí solas no bastan; la organización y el proyecto común transforman la rabia en cambio real;

  7. La no violencia es una estrategia política y ética;

  8. El actor central del cambio es el ciudadano; partidos, asociaciones y sindicatos son su apoyo;

  9. El “nuevo ser humano” —el hombre y la mujer del Hirak— encarna una ciudadanía plena y construye la Argelia alternativa sobre la base de la soberanía popular;

  10. La soberanía popular es el pilar de la refundación, prolongación del proceso de liberación iniciado en noviembre de 1954;

  11. No a la injerencia extranjera: la transición democrática y la refundación son un asunto nacional;

  12. La unidad magrebí / norafricana es un horizonte estratégico de integración, estabilidad y desarrollo.

Llamamiento

  1. Generación del 22 de febrero: la misión de refundar recae sobre vosotros. Levantaos, organizaos, unid vuestros esfuerzos y luchad con dignidad y no violencia;

  2. No permitáis que una minoría confisque el futuro de vuestros hijos;

  3. Os corresponde escribir un destino nuevo para la Argelia del mañana.

Clausura

Esta carta, redactada por argelinas y argelinos de la coalición Argelia del Pueblo, es un texto fundador para una República Democrática Popular soberana, que devuelve al país su dignidad y al ciudadano su libertad.
